Currently Chart does not seem to support plotting data as a circle unless you use bitmaps. This severely 
cuts down on its usefulness, as round plotting points are far more common in scatter plots and line 
graphs than are square or diamond points. This seems like a very straightforward feature which should be 
added ASAP.
