The file is loaded correctly in the new chart. In the old chart it is loaded
incorrectly.

The file contains three data series. Each series has a different transparency
gradient set. However, the data-points of the series have no additional
transparency settings. Therefore, all data points of one data series have the
same transparency gradient.

Obviously, the file was created by making a bar chart with different
transparency gradients for each data series and later switched to pie (which
only has one series).

When you load the file in the old chart and switch to bar, you will notice that
the transparency of the three data series is different, however the three data
points of the first series have different settings which is not what is written
to the file. Obviously, the old chart copies the data series properties to the
data points when a pie is loaded, but this is not specified in ODF.

won't fix - the old chart does load the file incorrectly and thus shows a wrong
result.
