So far 3D charts use the 3D effects dialog (which is offered in Draw/Impress
also). This dialog offers much more possibilities than useful for charts. Many
of the controls do not work correctly for charts.

The oversized dialog should be replaced by something easier and correct,
concentrating on the features relevant for charts.
