Creat a Chart
Insert a Title e.g. Axis or Title
Select the Title
Object Properties - Alignment
Rotate the Textdirection
Mark Checkbox Vertically Stacked
The Textdirection Option are greyed out but hold the settings
Leave the Dialog by using ok
The Textrotation has no effect and after switch back in the Dialog is fall back
to default.

->Thomas, the old chart does behave the same.
Vertically stacked texts are not rotated.
