Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 75403
New Chart: Categories and Labels not localized for Own Data
Last modified: 2013-02-24 21:21:06 UTC
Create a Chart in Impress. The chart gets some default data including descriptions "Row 1", "Row "2, ... and "Column 1", "Column 2", ... for rows and columns. These strings are the same for all languages.
Note: The old strings (old chart) were "Column %N" (de: "Spalte %N") and "Row %N" (de: "Zeile %N"). We should change the first one to "Series %N" (de: "Datenreihe %N")
... and the second one to "Data Point %N" (de: "Datenpunkt %N")

Fixed when applying the attached patch.
Please verify in Milestone 12.

I had a look into the datatable of a chart in impress (ooo-dev m216). The version is not localized, so I'm not able to verify the translation. But I saw the items row and column in the datatable (not Series and Data Point).
The patch is outdated and has not been applied in that form. German is no source language any more. Verfied fixed in master. Closing.
