I find it very difficult to move the legend around in my chart. For some reason,
the wrong thing always 'gets the focus' and I end up moving the whole chart
instead of just the legend.

It seems that there need to be more 'smarts' in the mouse-click-and-select stuff
in the chart component.

The same problem occurs frequently when I attempt to select an axis in the
chart, or if I want to select a series (as opposed to single data points).

One program that does a really good job of this is 'Glade' on GNOME. You can
click something, then right click it and select actions on that object, or
further down the menu you can select 'parent' objects. This makes it easy and
not hit-and-miss to select specific objects.

It really feels like there is no 'sure-fire' way to select graphical elements
easily with Chart.
