test case
1. Load attached test document in an SRCm206 which have been created with
CWS:chart2mst3 (m202 based)
2. Save the document (under a different name) with SRC680m206
3. Start the CWS:chart2mst3 (based on m202) office application and load the
document which have been saved under 2. and validate the view with the document
under 1.

BUG: ~90 degrees view difference

Note: The 'round trip' from CWS to MWS to CWS failed which is a scenario between
older OOo 2.x installations and newer ones which will have integrated the new
chart2 module.

The wrong rotation occurs when loading any 3D chart (except pie and donut) that
was created or saved with a master version at least greater than src680m194.
Files created with src680m188 do load properly.
Files created with src680m195 or src680m210 did load with wrong rotation.
I changed the summary acordingly.

verified with same MWS; OK

ok in OOF680m7 and SRC680m217 on Solaris SPARC.
