Open the bugdoc with the new Chart module
Have a closer look at the bars 7 Columns, they have heavy constraint at the
edges there the parts connect to each other.
Should be more like the old Chart.
Absolute measurement unit can not be given as both Values are the same inn the
3D View settings dialog.
