1. Create a chart
2. Insert data labels for all series with Insert/Data Labels/Show "as number"
3. Select a series, open the object properties dialog, tab "Characters"
=> the font preview has a dark blue background. (R:0, G:0, B:94 #00005e).

It hasn't for axes and the legend, so it's only the data point/data series
properties dialog.

Fixed with the attached patch.

The wrong BrushItem CTOR was used in the Pool.
