@BM: pls have a look.
This problem is already fixed. The file is "dead" in the HEAD version (1.3). Instead there is a new file res_SecondaryAxisCheckBoxes_tmpl.hrc that contains no "[de]" anymore. ->HR: I am very surprised that I don't find version 1.3 in a tag of this file, except the anchor for CWS chart11 which bases on SRC680.m226. SRC680.m226 as well as OOG680.m2 should have version 1.3 as tag! Was there a problem with tagging? The file was deleted on version 1.2.36.1 (for Issue 80440) in CWS localisation21, which is integrated into version SRC680.m226 (that's what EIS says and experience shows in a German version). > cd chart2/source/controller/dialogs > cvs log res_SecondaryAxisCheckBoxes.hrc | grep "1\.3" head: 1.3 CWS_SRC680_CHART11_ANCHOR: 1.3 revision 1.3
@bm: Dead revisions, as a rule, get never tagged. How should this work? The workflow is as follows: - remove file during integration - update master workspace to the latest stuff -> file gets removed from workspace - tag the new workspace -> file gets not tagged as it is no longer there Tagging dead revisions would create a number of problems,including the interesting question for how many milestones in future the dead revision should be tagged. Note that the anchor tag might be on a dead revision, this happens during resync as a special way to come around to some CVS quirk. All CWS tools and CVS itself interpret a missing tag as "file is not there".
The file is dead on SRC680 (HEAD: 1.3), dead on OOG680 (1.2.44.1) and removed from the OOG680 workspace -> so what is wrong? Set issue to invalid.
Close.
