Description dudson 2007-10-17 20:05:42 UTC
Ability to assign a location (a cell) in calc.
When you change it, all references on the graph change immediately with it.
With this enhancement, you change it and change the element on the graph again.

If the same cell could be used for the same thing everywhere in the graph. It
would make changing graphs quicker and more accessable (singe you can faster and
easyer click on a cell than going to insert and click on the desired item ).

Comment 3 IngridvdM 2007-10-19 10:14:53 UTC
Which property of which chart element do you want to be read from a calc cell?
Comment 4 dudson 2007-10-19 16:45:07 UTC
In the last stage of creating a chart, the wizard asks for the name for the
chart, subtitle x-axis and y-axis title.
These are the elements that I mean.

(Actually I'm hoping for all possible elements.)

(The type of graph I'm speaking about is xy-scatter, but this enhancement should
be done for all diagram types.)
