Since m235 the chart takes much longer to display on Windows.
1. Create a chart (insert some numbers in a spreadsheet, Insert/Chart, Finish in
the wizard)
2. Move the legend a bit around
=> it takes quite long until the chart is rendered again/responds again

Reason is that the psapi.dll is loaded and unloaded about 120 times.
