When creating 3D charts right angled axes is on per default.
For these setting users are used to have no perspective.
So the perspective should be switched off per default.

Fixed in CWS chart15.

->Jogi, as talked about - for the new perspective default, the following test
script needs to be modified:
ch2_3dview_perspective.inc
I adapted the specification accordingly:
