There is one statistics dialog or tab-page (data series properties). This should
be split up into two separate pages for two reasons:

1. Better grouping, and finding what "statistics" means. The current dialog is a
bit messed up
2. When we will introduce x-error bars, we will need a separate tab page for
y-error bars and x-error bars. For this feature we need the split-up.

Note: this issue is a preparation for Issue 44768.

->kla: As issue 44768 is now also fixed in chart19, this issue is now covered by
that one, so you can test both issues together. I would leave this issue in the
CWS though, because there may be files checked in with this issue number.

->kla: As issue 44768 is also fixed in this CWS, the trend line stuff is already
covered there. You can take this issue for checking the error bar part.
