The attached file was generated with Excel 2007 and there saved in "Excel
97-2003" format.
The attached pictures show, how the chart lookes in Excel.

Open the file in OOoSCRm240. The color information is lost, and default blue8 is
used.

fixed in SRC680/dr58 (OOo 2.4)

Excel 2007 writes out different fill attributes, including transparency.
Import/export of solid transparency for all objects has been implemented now
(chart areas, titles, data points etc). Note that even Excel 2003 is able to
display transparent objects in charts.

verified at master version OOo 3.1 - color problem is fixed but the chart 
proportion are  being changed in the import process

color problem is fixed on OOo310m07 - can be closed
