When the build ID for OOo 2.4 is known the ID BUILD_ID_3_0 in
SchXMLErrorBuildIds.hxx needs to be adapted to an ID greater than for OOo 2.4.
Otherwise 3D pie charts from OOo 2.4 might be imported with wrong starting angle
( see issue 16776 ).

Within the fix for issue 88944 the detection of older OpenOffice.org files was
corrected in a way that makes it superfluous to have the build ID updated. So
this issue is superfluous now and can be closed.
