The Interface test fails. The title of the chart document is set to "XMLExporter
test." But the xml tag <chart:title> with correspond content could not be found.
 To reproduce this behavior just start your office with parameter

"-accept=socket,host=0,port=8100;urp;" 

and call inside a solar shell:

checkapi -o xmloff.Chart.XMLExporter::com::sun::star::document::XFilter

The latest problem with this test was that it freezes the Office.
Fixed in CWS chart47.

After having run the tests a lot of times some deadlocks still occur.

The remaining deadlocks are handled in issue 111102. So I set this to duplicate now.
