In my opinion it would be more helpful for users if you make the chart-assistent
available AFTER creating a chart.
Many functions which the user can easy set in the assistent are hidden somewhere
in the menus if the chart is created.

It should be possible to diable the chart wizard and adjust chart by formatting toolbar.
