When using the "COLUMN AND LINE" type of chart, having two column graphs and one
line graph, and using two Y axis of different values, there is no way to title
the secondary Y axis.  When the secondary axis option is chosen, there should be
a similar option to title that axis.

To be more precise it will be possible in OOo 3.0. In OOo 2.4 it is not
available still. The feature was implemented  with issue 1163. Thanks for your
input!
