Hi,

It would be great to have an option for the percent type cells to have them
partially filled (vertically or horizontally) with a selected foreground color
(to be chosen in "Format Cells/Numbers" tab for example when Percent type is
selected).
For instance, with a cell value of 25%, one fourth of the cell (from the left,
or the bottom) would be color-filled. The value could still be displayed or hidden.

It would allow to highlight easily a progress/coverage, visually and directly
integrated in the sheet without using charts.
