Verified on OO3.1(OOO310m11Build9399) (windows XP), it works.
But on AOO340m1 build:9590 (windows 7 64bit), it can be reproduced.
Tag it with regression keyword and call for fix.

I have the same problem with OpenOffice 4.1.1 on Windows 7 (32-bit), and LibreOffice 4.1.0.4 on Windows 8 (64-bit).

OpenOffice build:
AOO411m6(Build:9775) - Rev. 1617669
2014-08-13 09:06:54 (Mi, 13 Aug 2014)

Only the initial line gets the Chart1 color, others are always reset to black.
