Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 90342
relative high for 3D charts
Last modified: 2013-09-25 20:41:50 UTC
This is a follow up to issue 72994. I'll attach an Excel file which contains three charts and beneath them pictures of the charts that show how they look in Excel 2007. Open the file in OOo2.4.1 and you see the difference immediately. I haven't got an OOo3.0m15, therefore cannot test it there.
Created attachment 54229 [details] wrong box size and diagramm size for some rotation
Created attachment 54230 [details] same in Excel 2007 file format
@DR: I think its your turn.
Imported charts look similar in DEV300m14 (OOo 3.0). The "relative height" setting that controls the height of the diagram depending on its width, is not supported by OOo Chart. Therefore OOo Chart shows the charts a little bit higher/more narrow than Excel. DR->IHA: any plans to implement "relative height"?
There are no concrete plans yet when we will implement the feature to influence the relative height of a 3D chart, but it is missing - yes. Issue 67828 is related, it is about the depth of 3D charts.
