Create a net chart.
Open the x axis properties dialog and set a reversed scale.
Save the document, reload and double click on the chart
-> The reversed direction is reset to normal direction.
The setting gets lost during loading.

This is another bug produced by the implementation of issue 83164.
I fixed this already for issue 88950 which is integrated to dev300m18.

I set it to duplicate to issue 88950, as the reason is the same and the issue is
fixed already.
