1. open the Spreadsheet.
2. click the "Chart" button on the toolbar to insert an empty chart.
3. save the chart as "Microsoft Excel 97/2000/XP(.XLS)†format.
4. open the Writer
5. select Insert - Object - OLE Object to open the "Insert OLE Object" dialog.
6. select "Create from file", and then find the .xls file that saved in step 3. 
click OK.
Result is the OpenOffice.org crashed.

This issue is also duplicate to 92427.
It is the same if you load the file with 'file/open' or if you open (insert) the
file with 'insert/OLE object from file'. It will be also the same, when you
insert the file in a different application as OLE.
