Description yuko 2008-09-12 05:20:59 UTC
The Clockwise direction option for Pie Chart does not work on Solaris SPARC only.
The option works on Solaris 10 U4 x86, WinXP and RHEL 4.0 that I tested.

Steps:
1. Choose [File] > [New] > [Spreadsheet]
2. Create cell range A1:A4 with random value
3. Choose [Insert] > [Chart]
4. In [Chart Wizard], select [Pie], select [Normal] and click [Finish] button
5. Select the data series on the pie chart and choose [Format] > [Object Properties]
6. Click [Options] tab
7. Mark [Clockwise direction] checkbox and click [OK] button

At this point, the pieces of the pie chart remain the same.

8. Select the data series on the pie chart and choose [Format] > [Object Properties]

[Clockwise direction] checkbox is not selected.

@Kla, please verify in CWS chart35. Thanks!

Has this been fixed in DEV300_m40?
If so, this problem still occurs in CWS:localization35 2nd build.
Could you investigate this again?
Comment 8 IngridvdM 2009-03-04 10:00:43 UTC
@yuko: why do you think this is fixed in DEV300_m40? No it is fixed in the CWS
chart35 and that CWS will be integrated into one of the next versions.
Here is a link to the CWS. The field 'Milestone(integrated)' indicates the
version that should contain the fix after the CWS was integrated for the OOo3.2
codeline.
http://eis.services.openoffice.org/EIS2/cws.ShowCWS?Path=DEV300%2Fchart35
A clone of the CWS was created to be iontegrated in the OOo3.1 codeline:
http://eis.services.openoffice.org/EIS2/cws.ShowCWS?Id=8059&OpenOnly=false&Section=All
I restore the state of this issue now.

restore state of the issue
Comment 10 yuko 2009-03-04 10:20:16 UTC
I thought that chart35 has the status of integration for m38 in
http://eis.services.openoffice.org/EIS2/cws.ShowCWS?Path=DEV300%2Fchart35.

I understand that this will not be fixed in OOo 3.1. Thank you.
Comment 11 IngridvdM 2009-03-04 10:45:56 UTC
@yuko, I am sorry for the complex table view of the CWS, which I cannot change,
but CWS chart 35 is not integrated into m38. It is based on m38. The integrated
field is still empty.

Thank you, I see it. I am sorry for my misreading.
