Description andreschnabel 2008-09-20 11:57:17 UTC
in X-Y diagrams only the linear trendlines seem to work correct. If any other
type (logarithmic, exponential, potential) is used, a linear line is calculated
instead.

See attached example - this should display a potential trendline in the chart
(but displays a linear one.)

You use dates for the x-axes. What do you expect how dates are handled for
trendlines? OOo uses the intern numbers and so it gives a nearly linear result.

correct - the trendlines show the expectedresultsin this case and work perfect
with better data sets.
