In the attached bugdoc there is a pie chart on sheet 'Number of email 2007'.
The categories for this pie are selected to come from a cell range that consist
of two lines.
MS does handle those multiline categories different to OOo chart thus after
import the labels do not fit to the data points anymore.
Note: You will need fix for issues 94813 to load the bugdoc at all.

Fixed in CWS chartmultiline.
