Font is "streched" when chart is in edit mode in cws localization35 (DEV300_m40)
on Windows XP. Linux version is not affected by this issue.

Everything is ok when chart is not in edit mode.

localization35 cws build is from
http://ooo.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/cws/upload/localization/localization35/

This issue is not present in DEV300_m15 (3.0) so it is a regression. See:

I'm quite sure this issue is not duplicate to issue 98139, but is more a Drawinglayer-Rework problem for 
IHA or AW.

ok, you are right. The correct issue is 96581.
