How to reproduce issue:
1.Open the attached sample file which have a chart
2.double click the chart
3.select "Format"->"Data Range" and open the data ranges dialog
4.Check "first column as label" and Click "OK"
5.Crash

This crash is cause by the same code error as issue 108313.
Will be fixed in CWS chart32stopper.
