sure a showstopper
(query on Issuetracker, Chart, Target 3.2.0 did not show any issues to me, so I
hope it's not a dup.)

Another result from test: crash happens if Insert|Diagramm is starten without
cursor in data range

I reproduce the crash with OOo 3.2RC2 (FR) under Ubuntu 8.04.
It seems to me that the problem is in the preview with no data in the wizzard.
1. Open a new spreadsheet
2. button Chart
3. choose Pie Chart
4. wait 2 seconds => crash
Reproducible with Dev300_m69 too

I will fix this in CWS chart32stopper.
The problem occurs with pie charts without series data. Issue 108281 is caused
by the same code error.
