Create a stock chart of type 1 or 2 and look at the x axis. The tick marks are
centered above the categories. This is wrong. The major tick marks should be
between the category labels like in stock chart 3 and 4. This is a regression
from OOo 2.2 to 2.3.

Fixed in CWS chart46. This problem was solved as side effect of the axis code
redesign for date axis in issue 25706.
