Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 67142
.ppt file import results in wrong formated 3D Chart
Last modified: 2013-02-24 21:19:30 UTC
When importing a PowerPoint file containing 3D charts the formating of the 3D chart is totally wrong and unusable. In the testcase there are two screenshots. One with original PowerPoint and the imported. The .ppt file is also included.

@DR: Seem to be yours.
Created attachment 47290 [details] enhanced version
The severe differences in 3D display are fixed with the new feature 'right-angled axes' ( issue 67754 ) starting with version SRC680m219? Look at the new attachment what you get now when double clicking on the chart in version src680m223. Moreover loading in impress currently the original replacement image is used thus the chart looks the same at first and also in presentation mode. There are still some differences like the direction of the rotation angle, but this is targeted in another issue 72994.
Seems like this is fixed in OOo 2.3, right? (Changing target)
