I checked with "2.1.0  German version WIN XP: [680m6(Build9095)]" and was not
able to reproduce the issue (please see attached screenshots!). Any differing
results or can we close this issue?

What tony checked is the new chart module that is not yet included in OOo trunk:

So yes, when you test 2.1, you  can't see the issue.

What tony means is the the colors of the icons in the NEW CHART do not
correspond to the colors of the created chart.

I will not reopen this issue without any knowledge whether this problem is still
existing. If you want to reopen this issue please contribute meaningful hints
(screenshot) and a public available OOo version (680mxxx) showing this problem.

->Rainer: This Issue describes a task for the new chart implementation. We have
quite a lot of those issues. The can be identified by the starting "New chart:"
in the summary. We need this kind of issues to keep track of the tasks we still
have to do for the re-implementation and for verifying.

You can download a snapshot of the chart2mst3 CWS, which contains the
re-implementation, on http://graphics.openoffice.org/chart/chart.html . Note,
that we will soon release a Milestone 11.
