Within dev300m20 create a chart in a spreadsheet. The part with the axis
containing the data series is much to small. When selecting it the selection
handles are placed at a much bigger rectangle that looks like the correct one. I
will attach two images to show the problem.

@Ocke, the problem was introduced with CWS rptchart02. Do you have any idea,
what has caused the problem there? Maybe the comphelper::copyProperties() has a
different exception behavior than ::chart::PropertyHelper::copyProperties() has
had? Or were there changes down in the drawinglayer or the notification process
there, maybe?

I raised the prio to P2 as charts are nearly unuseable now, because it is not
possible to resize them to an acceptable normal size.
