In DEV300m21 Chart has very large top and left margins in chart area. See images.

I confirm under Kubuntu 6.06 and Dev300_m21
Steps to reproduce :
1/ open a new document or spreadsheet
2/ insert a chart

As a side effect, if you add a legend and regression curve with equation, the 
chart becomes unreadable.
