Chart border is present by default when creating new charts or opening documents
containing charts in cws localization35. It can be turned off by setting border
to None but when reopening the document border is still present.

localization35 cws build is from
http://ooo.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/cws/upload/localization/localization35/

This is likely to be a duplicate to issue 97981. Please recheck in version
OOO310m1 or DEV300m42 where that issue should be fixed.

There is no bug in master OOO310_m5 on GNU/Linux. I guess this was a duplicate
to issue 97981.
