A very simple XY diagram is saved as MS Excel.
When reopened with OpenOffice : the dataRange is wrong (doesnot include the
first column) so the data point label is wrong
When opened with Excel : 
- the dataRange is wrong (same as reopened with OOo)
- the scale is wrong

This may be a duplictate of issue #46626. If so, maybe another test file can be
useful.
